What are you after in a strop and what is your price point?
im after a good 20" useable length and about $150-200 max
tempted by tonys but he is always out of stock when ive got the excess income to get one XD
Quite a few options in that range, Tony should take an order if you email him. Hides to Art has turned out some works of art as well.
For a quality custom maker a wait is not uncommon but most will take your order if you agree to the lead time.
Best bet is to touch base with the maker of your choice.
Many great makers abound,You get one from Neil you will never regret it JMO
There is also Scrupple Woks, in Norway I believe. I have a very nice horse strop from Imperial Shaving, with a suede second. On the owed end there is also Star Shaving.
I agree with the recommendation for Neil Miller. My best strops have come from Neil.
I've never owned a Scruple Works, but I would love to, and this should be on anyone's short list also.
Does anyone know if Neil Miller is back in business? He had some personal issues last year, the website has no newer information?
Neil is down for a while with health issues. He will certainly be back with us. Tough guy! ;)

Some good advice above. A couple that I have that haven't been mentioned is Walking Horse. I own their split side strop and it is great. The linen component works very well on it also.
Also, you can't talk about strops and not mention Kanayama. For me, the ultimate finishing strop. No strop has that silky smooth feeling like those do. Never use any oil on them though...ever!
Good to hear that Neil Miller's on the mend, I've heard only good or better things about his strops.
